What we are not:

House Rules and Terms:

1. Check-in time – 1 pm. Check out time – 11 am. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out can be provided for a maximum of two hours at Rs. 1500/- per room.
2. Valid government identity card for every guest is mandatory during check-in
3. If you have any visitors, please inform the on-duty staff in advance. A valid id card of the visitor will be needed. Visitors will not be allowed inside the room. Only the designated common area can be accessed by the visitor.
4. Service timings are between 7 am and 10 pm. The last food order will be taken by 9.30 pm
5. Please treat the service staff with respect.
6. Playing the music of any sort, in the outdoors, is not permissible. Sound levels in the rooms too have to be kept low so that it does not disturb any other guest or neighbours.
7. We do not serve hard drinks. If you are carrying your hard drinks, please have them in your rooms responsibly. Misconduct will be reported to the local authority.
8. In winters, for heating we provide ‘electric blankets’ only. Beds get decently warm with electric blankets. Room heaters are not provided.
9. Strictly no smoking inside the room or in any common area. Please use only the designated area for smoking
10. Pets are allowed on our property. However, you need to inform us in advance so that we can make arrangements. We do not have a pet-friendly menu. You may carry your pet’s food if necessary. Kindly do not allow pets to climb up the bed or on sofas. Our staff is not trained for taking care of pets. Also, use only the designated area for pet pooping.
11. Nearest ATM is 6 km away and is often out of service. So we recommend you carry sufficient cash to fulfil your needs
12. Bonfire is chargeable at Rs. 800/-. A fixed bundle of firewood will be provided. Please be very careful with the fire.
13. Driver’s night stay (on sharing basis) can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 400/- per night. Breakfast thali can be provided at Rs. 150/-. Lunch and dinner thali will be provided at Rs. 250/-
14. We do not have any separate accommodation facility for maids.
15. Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss or theft.
16. All guests are mandatorily required to show a government-approved identity card during check-in. We accept aadhar cards, driving licenses, election cards and passports only.
17. Illegal activity including, but not limited to, drugs, prostitution, carrying firearms, weapons etc. is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking and report the matter.
18. Inappropriate behaviour or non-compliance with any of the above-mentioned house rules will invite polite refusal to the bookings. Management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave in any such case.

Payment Terms:

1.      Check-in will be provided subject to receipt of 100% payment. Guests need to pay the balance payment, if any, during check-in itself.
2.      Food bill and activities bill, for each day should be paid the same day, before the day ends.

Following is our cancellation policy:

— 21 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund of accommodation tariff
— 14 – 20 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of accommodation tariff 13 – 8 days prior to check-in: 30% refund of accommodation tariff
— 1- 7 days prior to check-in: 20% refund of the accommodation tariff
— Cancellation on the check-in date: no refund In case of no show: No refund
— If you have made bookings through any travel agent (online or offline), please contact your agent for any modification in the booking dates, cancellation or refund. Chirping Orchard will not be liable for any refund/cancellation/modification for bookings through a travel agent.
