About The Space
Fully furnished 2 – bhk set. Floor area 800 sq ft (approx.). Each bedroom comes with a double bed, comfortable mattress, wardrobe, has attached washroom. Rooms have large windows for you to get the majestic view of the forest cover and snow peaks.
Living space has a sofa cum bed, dining table and seating arrangement for 5-6 guests. Kitchen has all the essential crockery.
Spacious deck sit out and a private garden is available.
The host stays on the upper floor.
Sleeps 5 (maximum) – Two guests each in the two bedrooms and one in the hall.
GUEST ACCESS:
The host stays on the upper floor. Ground floor fully furnished 2-bhk set will be available for the guests completely with the patio and garden.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
MEALS
All meals can be ordered from the menu card. A range of Indian, Chinese and continental meal options are available. Kitchen can be used for warming food. Kitchen is equipped with microwave. Basic help and Cook can be arranged for long staying guests on additional charges.
PARKING
Parking facility is available around 70-80 meters away. Guests have to walk downhill 70-80 mtr (half a minute walk) to reach the cottage. Luggage assistance will be provided.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are located in a rural area with few village homes around. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the cottage.
INTERNET
Around 5-6 Mbps broadband speed is available. Mobile networks of Airtel, Vodafone and Jio work with some interruptions in between.
ELECTRICITY
We are based out of rural area where power cuts happen. However, we have inverter back up.
ACTIVITIES
Sightseeing points like Mukteshwar Temple, Chauli Ki jaali, Inspection bungalow are approx. 6 km away. Bhalu Gaad waterfall is approx. 9 km away.
Village excursions, forest hikes, picnics can be organized on special request, at an added cost.
HOUSE RULES:
- Check in time – 1 pm. Check out time – 11 am
- Service timings are 7.30 am to 9.30 pm. We take last dinner order at 9.30. Our kitchen closes at 10 pm.
- Please treat our staff with respect. Please don’t ask them for illegal or banned services/items like drugs, prostitution or ask them to purchase alcohol and cigarettes for you. You may carry your own alcohol and have it responsibly.
- Please avoid playing any music, as we are based out of a very peaceful and serene location.
- Strictly no smoking inside the room or in any common area. Please use only the designated area for smoking
- Bonfire is chargeable at Rs. 800/-. A fixed bundle of fire wood will be provided. Please be very careful with the fire. The bonfire needs to be extinguished at 10 pm to avoid any accident.
- Driver’s night stay (on sharing basis) can be arranged at extra charge of Rs. 400/- per night. Breakfast thali can be provided at Rs. 150/-. Lunch and dinner thali will be provided at Rs. 250/-
- We do not have any separate accommodation facility for maids.
- Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss or theft.
- Any damage to the property will be cross charged to the guests.
- All guests are mandatorily required to show government approved identity card during check in. We accept aadhar card, driving license, election card and passport only.
- Illegal activity including, but not limited to, drugs, prostitution, carrying firearms, weapons etc. is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking and report the matter.
- Inappropriate behavior or non-compliance of any of the above mentioned house rules will invite polite refusal to the bookings. Management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave in any such case.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 21 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund of accommodation tariff
- 14 – 20 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of accommodation tariff 13 – 8 days prior to check-in: 30% refund of accommodation tariff
- 1- 7 days prior to check-in: 20% refund of the accommodation tariff
- Cancellation on the check-in date: no refund In case of no show: No refund
- If you have made bookings through any travel agent (online or offline), please contact your agent for any modification in the booking dates, cancellation or refund.
- Chirping Orchard will not be liable for any refund/cancellation/modification for bookings through travel agent.
